No. It is an admin panel on your existing WooCommerce shop. For a new themed store see ArakWeb.
Are stock and customer emails handled correctly?
Yes. Writes go through the site core so stock, customer emails/SMS and caches update just like the WordPress admin.
How does it relate to Aveh Corporate?
Aveh Store includes everything in the content edition (Aveh Corporate) and adds the shop module.
